Day Five 8/28/09

As you can see I totally messed up! Last night I had pasta and vegetable for dinner and a cookie for dessert at around 7:30. I was pretty happy about keeping the daily calories low and within my range. I should have just gone to bed right then, but instead I got myself busy on the computer. By 10:30 i started feeling hungry again and to my husband's suggestion we ended up having ice cream at that time of the night. Well a cup of ice cream has lots of calories and it's all empty calorie :o(((
 
Well, it's over now and I can't do anything about it.
 
Today I had a great day. My spin class in the morning and then i went to a friend's b-day lunch at TGIF. I had grill chicken with barbeque suace with a little Ceaser salad for lunch. At 3 I had my PT appointment. We worked biceps, back and core so I know I will be sore tomorrow!
Right after the PT i went jogging. Had a great run (6.5k) and kept a great pace.
Lucky me I had another b-day party to attend. This was a friend from spin class so all my spin buddies were there. I ate a sauteed mushroom appetizer and couple of dinner rolls. Only bad part was that I had 2 bottles of beer (lite), which was really refreshing :o)
I need to pack for my trip to the beach now. We are going to the beach and hopefully I won't be thinking about food there:o)
I will be gone till Monday evening and I'll do my bset to eat healthy. I doubt if there will be any kind of exercise or workout except hanging at the beach with the kids.

از شنیدن خبرمسابقه خیلی خوشحال شدم و از الان و از صمیم قلب ارزوی بدست اوردن مدال رو برات دارم
 
من هم با سرعت میونه ندارم و در کارهای استقامتی خوب بودم البته یک دوره تمرینات خوبی برای دوهای ناگهانی سریع و کوتاه مدت انجام دادم که برای دوره جوانی بود گرچه الان هم بعضی اوقات در تمرینات اینتروال از ان استفاده می کنم
fast twitch muscle را دقیقا اصطلاحش را متوجه نشدم
منظور چابکی هستش؟
یا تغیییر از حالت استقامت به سرعت برای یک مدت زمان مشخص؟
یعنی برای مرحله سوم که دویدن هستش (درست میگم یا دوچرخه هستش)می خواهی برای ضمن داشتن انرژی کافی (استقامت)افزایش سرعت کلی و تدریجی در طول مسیر داشته باشی؟
اگر وقت داشتی کمی برام توضیح بده لطفا
