Starting a new challenge
Me and few friends are starting a month long challenge. Starting today we'll be eating at our BMR level and exercising at least 4 days a week. If I stick to this plan, within a month I will loose about 5 to 8 lbs which is exactly my goal. The hardest thing for me will be keeping the calorie intake low during my training days when I am working 2-3 hours a day. I think I have to adjust my intake during those days. We'll see.
OK, my starting weight is 137-138 depending on the time of the day. My BMR is about 1350 calories a day.
Day One
I started the day with 40 minutes of slow swim at the pool with couple of teammates. On Mondays I teach a Spin class followed by a Sculpt class. At spin I did mainly power drills with keeping the cadance and RPM steady. Sculpt was mostly leg works; squats, lunges with concentration on Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps.
