Day 3
My third day of eathing healthy and light training. I am feeling a lot better already. I can say that the last 2 months I hadn't experienced HUNGER. Feeling hungry once in a while now feels good. It tells me that I am not eating too much and that's a good sign. Got my period today so I'm not going to weight myself for few days. Will see if there is any change this weekend.
