Life is a beach......
Hello,
Just got back from a long (2 months) vacation. Well, as you can guess 2 months of not training and eating out and partying with friends can't be healthy. So I am back with an extra 6-7 lbs that I gained during the summer. Although it was a lot of fun being with friends and family and eating out few times a week, but I am bummed that I couldn't be more mindful of what I was eating (and drinking for that matter :o)
So starting this morning I am on my healthy eating habit and also a light training routine for few weeks. I am giving myself a month to get back to the weight I was before leaving town!
This morning I ran a 10k with my teammates which was exhausting, but in a way felt great. So far I had nothing but healthy food.
So just to let you know, I am ready and excited to get back on track :o)
