Day 4

Today was a hard training day. I started at 5:30 AM and didn't finish till 10:30! First I ran hills with my team-mates for an hour. Then we met the running coach for an hour who made us do sprint intervals. After a short break we started our bike leg. We rode 40k doing cadance drills where we had to keep our leg speed between 80 to 100 RPM on aheavy gear during the whole ride. I was absolutely exhusted after that. As soon as I got home I had food, a banana, some Gatorade then 2 eggs with lots of wheat crackers and a pretzel. I took a power nap after that and then headed to my kids school to meet with couple of teachers.
