Day 3
I am starting the challenge 2 days late, but nonetheless I am excited about it! Last time that we did this challange it really helped me to stay focus with my food intake and because of that I dropped few lbs which I kept it off so far! We'll see if it works this time around also :o)
I have only two and half weeks till my big race. I will be competeing in Subic International Tri on May 17th. I will be doing the Olympic distance which is 1.5k swim, 40k bike and 10k run. It might not seem a lot when you do them separately, but doing all 3 one after another is hard. The next 2 weeks will be hard training with an extra push for me :o) I still need to work on my swim which is my weakest link.
