Day 21. I love the training season!
Strating weight 133.5
I had a 10k race this morning. A pretty hilly course which was good for me since the half marathon next week will be like that also! I finished exactly at 59 minutes. I am pretty happy about the result just because of all the hills that had to deal with. After that we ran a quick 2.5k just to get a semi long run out of it. I will be resting for the rest of the day. Next training run is tomorrow evening at 5.

Thanks for your kind comment. I did so yesterday and today as well and saw the results.

Congratulation on your record. Im sure your half marathon record would be as well as today's.
I wish I was as strong & athlete as u.unfortunetly I stopped my running training and gave up all dream of marathon, but as soon as my life routine become regular I wil start it again.
