Day 19
Starting weight: 133.5 Woo Hoo
Today I was at my friend's birthday potluck lunch so you can imagine how hard it was not to eat a lot. I couldn't log everything on Fitday because I can't find all the little pieces of food that I ate (from cheese to Indian food) on their list. Overall I really watched what I ate and left early for a parent teacher conference, so didn't even have cake! For dinner I had some baked chicken with small potaoes. The only thing that I regret having today was a piece of banana bread (50 grams) that I ate after dinner, which was really not necessary.
On my list of activities, I did spin class in the morning and then an 8k run in the evening.
Total calories consumed: about 2000
Total burned: about 800
