Day 9
Today I had to get rid of the banana bread at home since I was eating too much of it everyday. It's gone now and I should be able to save about 300 calories and lots of fat everyday :o)
My day started with a 35k ( hour and half) of bike ride with my Tri friends. Right after that I went to the country club pool and swam 40 laps (1000 meter). This was my first day of swim and I was happy with the result. My shoulders are a bit sore now, but other than that I feel great.
Now lets talk about what I ate today:
Breakfast: I/4 Trio bar, coffee, mango, papaya
Snack, 1 slice of banana bread, tea with dates, strawberry yogurt with a spoon of Granola
Lunch: 1 toast, 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese, banana
Snack: 1 slice of banana bread, sunchips
Dinner: Chicken breast, rice
Snack: Guava
Activities: 35k Bike ride, 1k swim
Total calorie intake: about 1500
Total burned: 950
