Day 3
Today is my first day of joining the 25 day competition called "Competing Healthy For Health" with my Anarestan's friends. Most of my friends are already on their third day, but I am sure I can catch up :o)
Here is the list of the FOOD that I ate today:
Breakfast: 1/2 zone bar with coffee
Mid-day snack: Fruits
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs/ cooked vegetables/ crackers
Mid-day snack:Mc Donald's ice cream cone
Dinner: Noodels with red sauce/ Rice/ Sprouts/ salad
Total Calories eaten: 1487
Here is the list of the ACTIVITIES that I did today:
Bike ride: 24k/ one hour
Total body workout: 1 hour and half
Total calories burned: 800
