I am so angry with my self, i have been cheating on my diet, gained 200g, Bah!!! but have been good again in the past 3 days so looking foward to a loss on Thursday when i weigh myself again!!!!

WELL GOAL AT LAST!!! i finally made goal on the 9/7/08, i am now wearing a size 12 jeans!!! and it feel awesome, to at last be at my goal

Well dear old blog.. i am so happy after staying the same for two weeks i have now lost 1.1 kg so its moving down again..i am now a size 14 and feel really happy so i had a spending splurge new cloths.. perfume ..sun glasses.. skin care ..etc WOW it's great to do that for myself i guess i really deserve it for being so good !!! I am feeling great today...i noticed my cloths getting really big....and when i weighed myself this morning i have lost a whopping 2 kgs....Yah!!! it's about time those scales showed a good drop...i have worked so hard to lose this weight Comments(0)
