WELL GOAL AT LAST!!! i finally made goal on the 9/7/08, i am now wearing a size 12 jeans!!! and it feel awesome, to at last be at my goal

Well dear old blog.. i am so happy after staying the same for two weeks i have now lost 1.1 kg so its moving down again..i am now a size 14 and feel really happy so i had a spending splurge new cloths.. perfume ..sun glasses.. skin care ..etc WOW it's great to do that for myself i guess i really deserve it for being so good !!! I am feeling great today...i noticed my cloths getting really big....and when i weighed myself this morning i have lost a whopping 2 kgs....Yah!!! it's about time those scales showed a good drop...i have worked so hard to lose this weight Comments(0)

well this week i lost again so i am feeling happy...cantwait till i have lost 10kg...maybe by next week....the dt put me on half my thyroxin dose now only taking 50mg instead of 100mg...have an appointment to see him again fri so maybe he will check that along with my BP...i really want to get off the BP medication... that's the reason i am losing the weight...all the new cloths and comments are a bonus.. HAVE BEEN ON 1 SHAKE A DAY PLAN FOR 1 WEEK LOST 0.2 KG... NOT MUCH BUT GOOD CONSIDERING I HAVE BEEN OFF THE TWO SHAKE PLAN...THIS WEEK GOING BACK ON TWO SHAKES SO SHOULD LOSE MORE WEIGHT...BUT ALL IN ALL I AM HAPPY WITH THE TOTAL LOSS SO FAR...WOULD LOVE TO GET TO 64KG BY CHRISTMAS!!!... WELL I WILL BE REALLY TRYING...AND AM I HAPPY I FIT INTO MY OLD SIZE 14 JEANS ....WOW THREE CHEERS YIP YIP YIP!!!.. Comments(0)

I have been sick for 6 days with the flu...but still managed to lose weight...have to go on the one shake a day plan untill i get well...so i can eat more solid food and help my bodt combat this infection...hope i dont gain weight Comments(0)
