well down again
well this week i lost again so i am feeling happy...cantwait till i have lost 10kg...maybe by next week....the dt put me on half my thyroxin dose now only taking 50mg instead of 100mg...have an appointment to see him again fri so maybe he will check that along with my BP...i really want to get off the BP medication... that's the reason i am losing the weight...all the new cloths and comments are a bonus..
