well another loss this week...600gms...not as fast as i would like but at least it's getting down...and todat is the start of a new week...i havent cheated once in the whole 7 weeks ...so far i have lost over 6 kg.

Alot of ppl say the slower it comes off the better, although i would love to have mine melted off with great speed...
