Down Down Down

it's funny, i don't feel like i look smaller, but i went to get my dress fitted and it was pretty big on me. she's going to have to take it in on both sides.

i lost another pound at WI last night. i'm not sure how that's possible since i  had a really bad week. my BF was even impressed since we ate a ton of crap.

All Of That Walking Paid Off

i was down 1# last night at WI. i'm so excited. last week i used my free pass, and this week was happy with a loss. now i just have to keep it up. i wont get down to the weight i wanted to be to have my dress altered, but i am 10#s lighter so it helps!

Wrong Direction

so i gained 2.4 pounds this past week. i know all of the reasons it happened. i am really angry with myself. the only good thing is that my pants are still falling off of me

Down The Right Path

I had my weigh in last night and I'm down 1.4 this week! I'm so happy that all the green beer didn't screw up my progress.

Tales From The Scale

i go for weigh in at WW tomorrow. i've gained the past two weeks, so i'm hoping for a big loss. i ate really well considering it was such a crazy weekend. i will update on wednesday and let you all know how it went. keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Turn It Around

i have to really get back into things this week. i was up .2 at weigh in last night, and i am not happy about gaining a pound the past 2 weeks. i need to lose at least 10 more pounds within the next four weeks, because that's when i plan on taking my bridesmaid dress in to get altered. it's going to be really hard though with st. patty's day being this weekend. i'm going to have to get my booty into the gym the next few days to balance things out.

Mac and Cheese

i had to watch my sister's kids yesterday, and of course the only food in the house is kraft mac & cheese and microwave popcorn. you just can't tease a big girl like that. i also watched the supernanny marathon while babysitting, which actually helped me stay calm with them. sometimes i am amazed that half of the stuff she teaches people works.

Thank You

I wanted to thank everyone that gave me such a warm welcome yesterday. It helps to know that we are all in this together.

I have been working really hard to stay on program this week. I'm really hoping for a loss at the scale on Tuesday. I don't have any big plans this weekend except going to a basketball game. I think I will be okay.

10 Pounds Later

I didn't even know this site exsisted until I was on the message boards on Weight Watchers. I liked to look at other people's progress pages, so I decided to create my own. Little things like this motivate me to keep going. I have to track my weight every week, and I want to see the numbers go down down down.

My first big goal is to go down 2 dress sizes before my friend's wedding in May. My mom says I'm only 10 more pounds away from that goal. I'm pretty sure I can do it. The support I get from my friends, family, and WW has really been making the difference.
