I've Found It!!!
Ok, for months I've been tracking down some websites that have calorie counters and websites that have the amount of calories in everyday foods. The link is http://caloriecount.about.com/ and this one: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/others.html gives you a pretty accurate calorie calculator which determines how many calories needed in a day to maintain a healthy weight. What I do, is subtract a few pounds off of my regular weight, type it in to the calorie calculator, and then I strive to meet that intake everyday. If you decide that this is the best way for you to lose weight,I don't suggest subtracting a thousand calories from your intake in one go because its a major shock on the body. If you lose weight too fast, you won't keep it on and you could damage your metabolism. (Or so I've read).
