I'm Hungry.

 My biggest vice is eating at night....I have to take anti-depressants, and one of the side effects is an increased appetite. So, I'm not going to stuff my face, but I am going to have a banana. I need more willpower, and maybe some motivation. If anyone has some out there, mail to me or something.

I agree with the above, find something you like that doesn't have too many calories. What I find helps too is have a nice cup of hot tea. I really like a chocolate tea I get here, I put a bit of fat free milk in and it stops any cravings and I don't feel hungry anymore!

Try it

So I'm totally a night eater also. It runs in my family :) I grew up eating dinner and then snacking with my parents while we watched TV. We were never hungry, just snacking. They still do it, and I'm trying not to. One trick that sometimes works is brushing and flossing my teeth RIGHT after I eat dinner. (I have flossing!) It is motivational because I don't want to have to go and do it again, plus the toothpaste makes food taste funny.

If that doesn't work, you can have a whole cup of blueberries for about 80 calories(if you like them), and they are a great source of fiber and antioxidants. It takes a while to eat a whole cup of them, and you can eat them one at a time. I pretend they're candy. Oh, the simple pleasures in life!
