This week has been hard.
Ok, I'll be the first one to admit that I have a hard time keeping commitments to myself. I'm been trying to say 'no' to all the glorious food I love so much, but last week I gave in and went to mcdonalds. I felt horrible afterwards, even though i got the McChicken instead of the double 1/4 pounder with cheese. I still managed to lose a pound...I'm not really seeing any results. I'm still feeling very tired and my jeans are still very tight. I guess I have to be more patient with myself and work harder....bleg.

Hey, one trip to McDonald's is not the end of the world, and hell, you even made a good decision when you got there!

Yeah!
1 pound lost is better then 1 pound gained...Right? I also know that you gained the weight slowly. You didn't just wake up and BAM! you needed to lose weight. Give it time, I know how hard it is to lose 1-3 pounds a week. I would like to see results faster as well.
Keep doing what your doing and so you have an occational micky d's, it's part of life.Jump right back on plan and you'll be just fine!
