I'm Feeling The Burn!! muhahahaha
Yesterday I actually organized my workout, so instead of running up and down the stairs, I did some cardio and weight training. I felt fantastic afterwards! Usually, I need to take a nap during the day, but I felt like I could take on the world!
I'm taking small steps in my daily routine to a healthier lifestyle as well..yesterday I carried my groceries home instead of taking a cab home..hard work, especially with my three year old in tow! I swear I had to put the bags down every two minutes because she was busy playing in the snow. It was a very enduring experience and maybe a metaphorical one too. If I can balance bags upon bags of groceries while playing with my daughter I can do anything I set my mind to. Although my arms are very sore and stiff today, I'm proud of myself! Workout hangovers are the best...they don't create guilt.
