Ok I'm back

I've been gone a few days ok ok a week or so. I am doing sooooooooo bad I can't even tell you.  I have a very big weekend coming up with my ordination and will be gone all weekend in NY but, I have decided that I am getting back on plan TODAY and at least sticking to it today and tomorrow and then also on friday till I get to NY and then its going to be nuts... But 3 days is better then none... Pray for me..

 I pray for you.  I know you seem to be having trouble. But look at it this way - at least you are blogging.  At least youre keeping track of what is going on with you.  And its about the baby steps to a healthier life.  =)

HI Angela, I just wanted to say that I've joined your 6wbmo group and wanted to encourage you - we can do this together :)) we all have the off days, the important thing is to not let it side track you.
