Thank you for your support. It really helps keep up the motivation. I have another 6 months or so on this journey to get to my goal. I am losing about 5 lb per month. Slow and steady is best to keep the weight off I have read.

I don't count any activity pts to eat. Seems to defeat the purpose of exercising to me. Anyone else feel that way?
