Thirsty Thursday
Hey ladies!
I am back in the office today and will be off to the gym in about 30 minutes. I am doing 30 min on the elliptical, 30 min of weights and some stretching. I missed my workout yesterday... I stayed home because Shelton, my yorkie, has an upper respiratory infection. We went to the vet and he is much better today (thank you antibiotics!) I did clean the house with a passion for an hour and am sure I burnt some calories. The major victory was I stayed on track with my eating!! yay!! I didn't sneak anything!! yay me!!!!!!!!!! I really, really, reallllllyy want to see 1 7 something on the scale. I realize I am building muscle and my tummy is looking great but I WANT that number! I realize that I am a slave to the scale.
