Just do it!
Good morning all,
Update on the weekend: ate better, moved more. We played football with the kids and ran at the park (yes in the heat, thought I was gonna die!) Sunday morning however, biscuits gravy sausage eggs..... dammit! (I used flexies and did not gorge myself but I still gained 2 lbs of water weight from that one meal!) Oh well it will come off this week and I have a new goal for Sunday.... NO GRAVY, NO BISCUITS!
Yesterday was a great on program day. All food was written and accounted for (stayed within my points) I did yoga class for an hour, the elliptical for 15 minutes, weights for 20 minutes. and then... drum roll please..... Eddie and I went for a brisk 30 minute walk after supper up and down hills in my neighborhood. yay me!! I am doing this extra activity all week to see the difference it makes. I will be doing new measurements (maybe tonight) so I can compare the last month worth of work in the gym to see the difference.
Eddie will not be home tonight, he is going to help a friend install shutters. He will stop by the house to eat with me and then go. I have no kids tonight.... my oh my..... I plan to go walking/jogging/hiking at the park and come home for a luxurious bath, yay me!!
