Health Coach
Good morning all,
Happy Humpday! I talked with my Health Coach at work yesterday. I discussed my routines, my plateau (I have been in the 180's for months now) She advised that I was very focused during the week with eating and workouts (nothing new there) and advised on the weekends I need to add one cardio session on Saturday and Sunday that just involves me. Not the kids or Eddie. She said if I work out in the morning I am less likely to let myself slip with eating the remainder of the days. It makes sense if I work out not to want to ruin the work I accomplished with food later in the day. I will start this weekend. I really want to be in the 70's!!
I will update next Monday with the results of my weekend work.
