Happy Monday all!
Well I had a good weekend with all 3 of our boys. Eddie and I took the kids over to the neighbors for their son's 8th birthday pool party. Chicken wings, shrimp and corn on the cob, mmmmmmmmm!! I didn't over do it so yay! On Sunday morning however I did have 4 biscuits with breakfast... why oh why do I love carbs????? I know I need to scale them way back and up the intake of lean meats and veggies to get the rest of this weight off.... so why don't I JUST DO IT?
Anyway, I just got back from the gym. I go everyday at lunch but I have changed from classes to straight cardio for 25-30 min then 30 min stretching and weight training. My body is stronger, my muscles are toned and bigger... my weight... THE SAME. I have to change the way I eat. So wonder when my mind will catch up enough to tell my body..... you don't crave that... you need to eat this! (wonder if my mouth will comply??) LOL jeeezzzz this is not rocket science, why is it so hard to do?
