Before After

Hi ya doin'?

Hey there ~ how's everyone doing?  I know I've been away a lot but I just can't seem to get past this point I am at now.  I am going to try to blog at least once a week to let you know how I am doing.  Counting points just doesn't work for me at this time in my life.  I dunno!

For the past week I have been watching what I've been eating and trying to drink more water.  I ballooned back up to 247 then bungee jumped to 245 and stringing along there for a few weeks then up and down to 243 and back up.  I got my Turbo Jam DVD's in the mail a few weeks ago and have been trying to work out to them at least 3 times a week.  So far so good (but it's only been 1 week) HA!

I was channel surfing last night and landed on an informercial about Weight Loss - so of course I take a look-see to find out what his approach is.  It's hypnosis.....and it makes a lot of sense.  His program is called Think and Lose.  No dieting - he says that he will tell you (through your subconscious) that you are full and you will not want to eat junk anymore.  Watch the pounds melt away!  Hmmm......could it be true?  I am skeptical with all of these "proven" weight loss facts - and we all know that we need to eat less and move more to lose weight, right?  Anyways - if any of you members have had any experience with this program - I am all ears.

I painted the boys bathroom and will spend the day cleaning it and hopefully hubby will feel like hanging the new wood blind and installing the new faucet and light fixture I bought.....it was plain ole ugly white before and I went with a light tan/taupe colored wall paint and bronze fixtures and will shop for some chocolate colored bath rugs to complete the bathroom.  The floor is is good shape, I would like to get a new sink and countertop but I don't want to push my luck with hubby.  LOL!

Have a great week everyone!

Hugs!

Hello stranger

I know life happens, but do stop in often and let us know how you are doing, it may help through this slump you are in.

Bathroom sounds great, have fun decorating!

Howdy!

Glad to see your post pop up.  Sounds like things are going on - funny about life, isn't it?  Don't worry about your weight as you're still way ahead of where you were when you started.  It will work itself out.

Have fun redecorating the boys bathroom.  The chocolate colored rugs sound like the perfect color.

Best regards!

Well hello!!!!

It is so great to see a post from you!! I've missed you!

I think we all hit a point somewhere in a journey where it seems that nothing is working. It is frustrating and disheartening but I KNOW that you can make it through this!

Hiya

I'm right there with you.  Last week I counted every point, made good choices, but didn't drink a lot of water and I gained 2.2 lbs.  Turbo Jam is great. I'll have to dust it off and get and get back to it.

Redecorating is fun isn't it!  Even little things like paint color make a big difference.
