Okay, I've made myself a promise, basically a challenge to try and post something on my weight loss blog everyday or as often as I can throughout the week. So, this is my post for today. Nothing too much to say. I am not feeling the best - my head is killing me with a sinus headache. That really puts me in a good mood too........NOT! 
My sister's MIL passed away this morning so my heart is very heavy today for her husbands family. She had cancer and fought a good fight...but it was too much to handle. <sigh>

She had cancer and fought a good fight...but it was too much to handle. <sigh>On the eating plan front.....I am thinking about trying WW again. Any visitors doing WW? I'd love to hear from you and get your advice on what is working for you.
I really like the plan but have problems sticking to it.
