Addiction.....
Today I am deep into my addiction. I have a food addiction. It controls my life and has become unmanageable. What does it mean to have an addiction? You cannot think straight when your addiction is controlling you. It is manageable but not curable. I firmly believe that I have always had this addiction but it has only become unmanageable in the last six years of my life.
