I had enough
I am 3 lbs away from gaining all my weight back. I dont know what to do anymore. My father passed away 4 months ago. I am so sick of dieting
and when I am not dieting I am thinking about it. I only want to lose 40lbs
can someone help. I have a problem with waking up in the middle of the craving for sweets. Im a binger!
