Thank you buddies! Everytime I read a comment I was forced to smile and laugh at myself. You guys are Wonderful!
I think that at certain times of the month I need to be committed into a serenity spa for women 
I've drawn all my strength from my buddies this week! I've read your blogs instead of writing my own I think I needed a break from myself.
I worked out all week and I've added 20-30 minute walks at work again so I'm proud of me....
Unfortunately though I gained 2lbs this week 
Sorry Yellow Team! I promise to get my SHIT together this week.

I Give UP?
The last few days I've been contemplating giving up my weight loss efforts... I was cleaning out my closets and drawers Sunday night and I found at the least 6 Weight Watchers weight booklets....DAMN! This might not be working...
I decided to give myself a week to think about things....considering Monday was the first day back to school with kids and TOM showed up. I figured I might just be a little depressed. Soooooo.....
I asked myself "If you quit...then what?"....hmmm. I would eat healthier and not think about counting points or doing core...except I've tried that and I gain weight eating whatever is healthy....Well I'd try Jenny Craig...That costs alot... and I'd have to eat out a box....Soooooo....
Today is Tuesday and I like Tuesdays.... and I'm still thinking about what other choices I have....But for now I'm not throwing in the towel.
So Yellow Team forgive me I won't WI until Thursday. I'm not giving up yet.

TGIF!!!!
First week back to school....It's friday!
I've worked out all week
Here's what I did...
Monday- 30 min elliptical & 1hr Bodyflow
Tuesday- 1hr bodypump
Wednesday- 1hr bodystep & 1 hr bodyflow
Thursday- 1hr Bodyjam
I've stayed mostly on program this week...but due to PMS/TOM I've had a few extra bites of stuff
I allowed myself one indulgence this week...after work yesterday I bought a 2 slice pack of cheesecake from wally world! Yum I'm just glad I didn't buy the whole cheesecake. I ate 1 slice and gave the other to my DH! Go ME!
Not sure what the scale will look like on Monday but I'll check my weight in the morning and I'll make sure to down plenty of water!

THE 2008 SUMMER SLIM-DOWN CHALLENGE!!!
1. Challenge Dates: The challenge will begin on Monday August 4th. That will give us 2 weeks to get as many people signed up who want to join. Sign-up will end on Sunday, August 3rd. The challenge will end on Monday September 29. That means we'll have 8 weeks to lose as much weight as we can!
2. Teams: Once I have a list of everyone who wants to join, I'll break us up into 2 teams. Feel free to add your teammates to your friends list so you can stop by and encourage them along the way!
3. Weigh-in Reports: Report your weekly WI to me on Thursdays. That doesn't mean you have to WI on Thursday, just whatever day you weigh, report it on Thursdays.
4. The Challenge: If you want to join, just comment to this post and report your starting weight for the challenge and your goal as far as how many pounds you want to lose by the end.
5. The Prize: A smaller, healthier you! Plus you'll get to meet some more fabulous people on EP who will encourage you and who you can encourage along the way. Depression Setting IN!
School starts back MONDAY!
I'm back from my vacation and I think I brought back 3lbs.... I won't weigh in until Aug. 11th so I have a little time to get it together.
I'm going to be CRAZY busy for the next few weeks...So I may be lurking more than chatting.
I want to set aside at least 30-45 minutes a night to catch up on my internet addictions. Plus I want to continue my workouts and stay on top of my weightloss..... so fitting everything together will increase my stress level for a little bit.....
Off to catch up on all of you!

Wednesday!
Just entered my morning weight today! I'm looking forward to seeing that number continue to go down... I'm feeling more motivated than I have in a while I attribute it to my weight watchers meeting.
I will be going to Hilton Head on Saturday for a week! I'm looking forward to spending some time at the beach and also I get to hangout with my brother and his kids and my mom and dad and my DD....My poor DH doesn't get to come as he goes back to work next week....I think he secretly likes the time alone 
I plan on eating very lightly and walking and biking on the beach. I want to visit a weight watchers on the island during the week as well! I will MAKE it to GOAL!!!!!!

Down!
Down 3.4 finally at Weight Watchers. I love this feeling.
Didn't overeat this weekend in preparation of my Monday evening WI and even made it to BodyStep this morning!
Made 85% of my goals last week. This week I will strive to....
1. Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily
2. Journal daily
3. Drink cup of hot tea every evening

Yoga
Yoga yesterday felt great... I'm still not praticing how I want to...I'm think about joining a yoga studio for a few months...
I've kept with all my goals for the week and I'm still searching for more energy....think I'll go get a diet pepsi or diet rootbeer haven't had either in over a week!
Tonight is BodyJam so I'll be sweatin later on this evening!

Better!
Feeling better....
Keeping up with my goals for the week. Yesterday I consumed a lot of my flexxies by the end of the evening...today I didn't use any.
Took some vitamins and my iron pills hope to have my energy back tomorrow.
