BTW yesterday went great, just gotta remind myself to eat more fruits and veggies. My podometer challenge is going great yay !

Anything with Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo; you can't go wrong!
Hmm..When I do put the time and effort in doing my Ball exercises, I use the DVD that came with it..it's about 25 minutes long and I press pause and rewind A LOT ..haha..but it's a great workout when you wanna work your abs and just tone up. I'm not really into aeorobic DVDS so i dont think I can help you much with that, sorry =/
