I have been yo-yoing for the last 3 weeks, being between 183 and 180, up and down up and down....
I know carbs and amount intaken are the problems. Extrapounds is helping me a lot to be aware of what my mistakes with food are.
i will write down a good thing I did each day, just to encourage myself.
Yesterday: I didn´t eat those cookies I have at home and besides that I worked out.
To be addressed : intake less calories ... I intaken too many calories yesterday, all healthy food, but amounts it´s important too.
