carbs left
I still have some carbs, healthy but carbs on my fridge and pantry. Yesterday I trought away the bread I had left, however I ate a big spanish omelette which implies a lot of potatoes.
Today I will take the 2 vegetables cream I prepared a few days ago and one apple.
Problem: I´m used to eat sweets and all kind of treats during the weekend. Way of solving it: I have no clue. I don´t know other way but willpower which I don´t have or I don´t know where it is. Sometimes I think my willpower is on a trip and leave me here alone ha!.
Goal for today: to intake a maximun of 50 healthy carbs and no sugar other than that on the apple.
