My heaviest!

I'm now 30 years old with a beautiful 6 month old baby boy and a wonderful and supportive husband, my weight sky rocked when I was pregnant and stayed like that, and now I'm starting to do something about it, our baby boy is bigger and I can do more exercise. Starting today, my challenge begins. 


- Initial weight: 88 KG
- 1st goal: 80 KG
- 2nd goal: 75 KG
- All time goal: 68 KG

How to motivate yourself into losing weight?

It's hard! or maybe I'm just to lazy.. or I just don't want to accept I'm obese...

But today, I'm starting.. no more tomorrows.
