The weekend

..has come and gone already. :( It always happens so fast doesn't it. I'm afraid I need to report that I haven't been that good :(. Icecream got the better part of me. And I mean ..really lots of icecream. And I also baked some cake :(. So why do I sabotage myself? Well, actaully my BF ate most of the cake, as it is one of his favorite with peaches..so that is not that bad. But we had some long movie night on Saturday and sunday ... and I just could not put that icecream bowl donw!!! I knwo what you will all be saying : Why did I take icecream to eat while wathcin movies anyways???

Let's hope this week will be better. I have a goal to reach :)

one tip to avoid the ice cream?  dried apricots!  they're sweet and munchy so you don't feel like you're depriving yourself, but with far fewer calories

I know what you mean! Ice cream is especially at its evilest in the Summer. Try treating yourself to a cup of ice cream once a week and you'll see that the craving won't be as bad =D

Thx for the tips on stretching...i usually run 5 minutes before strenght training so I figure I won't stretch after my 5 min run and jump into the strenght training...only stretching after my entire workout

Don't give up! This is a new week...no more ice cream until next week ;)

It happens

We all sabotage ourselves at some point.  And really, we are able to splurge.  Nothing should be off limits.  And you should allow yourself certain things every so often.  Moving on....
