October Challenge
My challenge for October is to lose 15 pounds. And yes, it is a challenge. I have only lost 3 so far. Think positive!

Well, dang it! I still haven't lost anything. I hate being in a stall. I like when the numbers go down! But, I have been eating more than usual. I got to get back on plan. I know that I can do this because I like the way I feel and the way I look. I wore a dress to Church this morning that I haven't had on in quite some time. And it actually looked good.
Well, I am finding the weekends to be the hardest. It seems like I just want to eat everything in site. I am losing weight, but just not fast enough. I really like watching the numbers go down. I also like shopping for new clothes! LOL! I bought an XL shirt today. I tried on a 2X and it was too big. I was so excited!

Well, so far so good. So far I have lost a total of 35 pounds. I feel better today than I have in really long time. But, I have a long way to go. I want to be at goal by Christmas. That means I have a lot of work to do between now and then. I know that I can do it. I have a lot of great people who are supporting me!
