The begin
My name is Christina. I am a stay at home mother of 3 wild and crazy kids. I have also fell in to the trap of not eating right nor exercising properly. I have had a hard time losing weight. I have done so many yo-yo diets. I would lose some and gain it all back and more. I have had success with Ideal protein but it is expensive. As soon as I wasn't able to afford it I gained everything I lost back and then some. I have even try not eating for days and would gain everything back I did lose when I would eat again. I have a man who is an amazing cook so even when I don't cook for me there is food to eat..I have stopped all crabs!! This is hard I love bread.noodles,rise and all that stuff.
So what I will be doing is the 3 protein shakes a day. 4 cups of veggie. 5 oz of meat and only water to drink.Lots and lots of water..I bought WHEY PROTEIN mix at Wal-mart. I believ I paid about $20 for 32oz. It is pretty much the Ideal protein diet ,I just got my protein shake mix at Wal-mart for a lot cheaper..
So I am trying,with his support, to do my own protein shake and exercise program at home and keep track of it all here. I hope by doing this I will lose what I know I need to and maybe help support others if they need it :)
I So today is 1/24/12 and it is day one of my diet/blog and so far so good..Was so tempted to eat some left over fried chicken but I didnt and am so happy I didnt..
