My journey and plan for weight loss
I have tried many diets such as Nutri system (worked as Long as I ate their food) the mayo diet, hotdog diet, I have failed at all of these diets or they failed me....and then I did Atkins which I did have success with, I lost 70 pounds, however, I started feeling stressed with going to school and working and doing an internship and and other issues. I allowed people to give me excuses and I allowed my self to use the excuses to go off the proverbial wagon and befor I knew it I was not following the plan at all and I quickly gained all the weight back I had lost .
I have tried several attempts to get back on to the Atkins wagon but I have had little success, I have done good for awhile an dthen I fall off for what ever reason.... So I have decide to go and have the Lap band surgery done I am not having it done until Nov. so until then here is my plan:
From now until Sept 11 I am going to allow my self to eat what ever I want in moderation and then on Sept 11 I am going to start cutting down on portion sizes and cutting out sweets I will do this up until I start my 2 week pre op liquid diet....
Starting Sept 11 I will also start doing some type of excercise 3 x a week
