Day Seven- Is it Monday Morning already????????

Hey, i had a really really fab weekend!  I feel really relaxed just bummed its another Monday morning, they come round so fast!
 
On Friday night i met my fiance and best mate at the pub after work. My best mate is really heartbroken the guy she was seeing has lost his job so now has left the area, they went on na few dates and she really liked him. So i was on "cheer up" duty!  me and my fella got her suitably drunk, while I sat in a weatehrspoons ALL friday night drinking MINERAL WATER with a slice of lemon... THATS RIGHT YOU HEARD ME MINERAL WATER!!!!
 
I was so chuffed!  for my dinner i had bacon and chicken salad too. My fiance has his normal steak and chips. MY mate wasnt eating so my finace bought her a bowl of chips after we had eaten. So he went to the loo she was putside having a ciggarette and i didnt touch them!  The bowl was sat next to met with gorgeous big jucy chips!!!!  yum yum yum and i didnt touch them. I was so self disciplined!!!
 
Saturday I had another good day. I didnt have breakfast till late as i was doing my house work,. washing, and generally giving mine and Finaces house a good clean out!  After that me and him went shopping to Asda, it was such a lovely day we went to the pub. This time i had 2 bottles of Michelob - which is a low carb larger. It has the nurtrional vaule on the back it worked out 1 point per bottle.  We sat and watched the england rugby!  was so fun!!!
 
Saturday foods were:-
Toast
Rich tea bikkies
2 bottle of low carb beer
Chicken and WW korma sauce
Oven Chips
WW pudd and custard!  all 22 points!
 
Sunday was another good day. Me and Fiance went swimming which was really good!  So i had 25 points to eat yesterday as exercising means you earn extra points to eat!!! Its ingenious!!!!!
 
Sunday's food was:-
Bread bun
Bacon
Toast x 2
Chicken
Carrotts
Salad Pots
Gravy
Chicken
3 Y.puds
WW Sweede and Carrot mash
WW pud and custard!  Fabb!!!!  all 25points eaten!!!
 
Today im at work!! POOOOOOOOOH!!!
 
Not having a bad day, my boss is off so im in charge which is always good!!  I have had my brekkie today which was cereal and milk. I have made my sarnies too and i have a fruit salad of starwberries and pineapple!  yum yum yum for tea im having prawns and salad i think or maybe WW pizza and salad!  i get weighted tomorrow so i need to be EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA GOOD!!! x  fingers crossed!

I have had such a good week!  i have a few blips admitteldley but i am on the right track! Today i have had:-
 
Brekkie - cereal and milk 2.5
Snack slimmer soup - 1.5
 
I am on track!  I have had glasses of water all week at work with lemon in it!  its really lovely!
 
i FEEL really postitive and excited for next weeks results!  i hope the weekend is not a let down!!!! i am going swimming on saturday with my Fiance. Cant wait to see him i have been staying at my flat (that i use for work) since Wednesday!  missed him like mad!!!
 
Last night i went to Iceland and bough WW pizza and WW chips!  then decided that i didnt want to waste 5 points on a pizza so its my freezer so i had fish fingers and chips!  was yummy! x
 
Im detemrined to stay on target for Tuesday!  theres nothing to stop me!!

Well what a rubbish start to the day!  for breakfast i had skittles and MnM's!  What is wrong wth me???????? I have pointed these at 5points as it was a handful of both!  i cant believe in was so stupid!
 
Anyway i have been for a lovely sunbed summer is on its way!!!!!
 
I feel pretty good just a little frustrated with myself!  i didnt do any areobics last night, i was too lazy!  i am going swimming tho this weekend with my finace!  cant wait!
 
Food wise this is what i have had:-
 
Brekkie - rubbish = 5 pts
Dinner Ham salad sarnie = 3.0
Crisps = 2.5
Choc light mousse - 1.5pts
WW Buscuit = 1.5pts!
 
13 so far 9 left!!  salad for tea me thinks!  maybe with a WW pizza!!!!! Yummy!
 
Work is still poo but not a lot i can do about that. This weekend apart from swimming im going to see the Bronson film!  SO excited!!!

Day Four- WI last night

So it was WI last night. I was so nervous!  I have been good this weekend however the last few weeks i have been quite bad!  i thought i would have gained however I LOST!!!!! 1.5LBS!!! I was so pleased!!!!  so i had my celebratory chips and sausage from the chippy!  I splet in today so i didnt have time to mkae some snap for work!!  i have been good see below!
 
Brekkie - 2 slices of brown toast (at work)  3.0pts
Lunch Chips (from work) 9.5 pts
Snack 2 chocolate bites 2.0 pts.
 
I have 7.5pts left for dinner!  plenty i may have a prawns done in garlic and salad!!!  fab!
 
I am going to do some areobics tonight too, exercise i find really helps!  since i have about 5 stone to loose it will stop the loose skin too!  i am going to start my sunbed sessions too!  Its my time to be pampered!!!!
 
I feel great today! work is still pooey! but not going to let it make me feel crap!

Day Three- Had a friend over for tea last night

I had a good day yesterday and i also had a mate over for tea. I made toad in the hole!  was yummy! HOWEVER........... i drank a bottle of wine and i had 4 or 5 small profiteroles!  SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DRINK!!  My will power has been so strong and good coz i have had no alcohol!!!  so tonight is the big one!!!!  im nervous but im excited too!!!  i hope i have lost 1-1.5lbs!  i would be happy with that! every pound counts!!!
 
Work is doing my head in!  the management are so beauracratic!  (sorry i cant spell)  one rule for one group of people another rule for the rest of us!  its driving my up the wall, there aint no one i can trust!  i cant rock the boat as im in line for a promotion i dont want to jeapordise that!
 
anyway todays food:-

Tonight is treat night as its WI night so i am going to have sausage and chips from the chippy!!!!  yum yum yum (that is on the condition i have lost weight!!!)

Day Two - I've had the weekend

Monday 16th March

So its monday! Im back at work and its been a really crappy day! anyways i must tell you i had the BEST weekend eating wise!
 
I havent had a drop of alcohol (and im a good drinker on the weekend) i am so detrmined to get a good loss this week!  so on saturday i had:-
 
Breakfast:- 2 slices of toast
                  2 slices of bacon
                  1 egg  = 7.5 points
 
Dinner = in the pub chicken and bacon salad = 4.0 pts  NO ALCOHOL AT ALL!!!  WHOOP WHOOP!
 
Tea = 2 slices of bread
          2 fish fingers
         100g oven chips = 6 points
 
I drank loads of glasses of water with lemon in it!  it was sooo yummy!!!
 
i have played on my WII loads this weekend and my arms aches today from it!  On Saturday night my fiance went snowbaording with this mates so i had the music on and was danicing round my living room like a looney!!  my poor dog must have thought id gone mad!
 
Sunday
was a good day too, i watched tele in my pjs all day!!!!!  i love it, i did some housework, again on my WII and i made my sunday lunch!
 
Food wise i had:-
 
Brekkie
Cereal and milk and toast = 4.5pts
Dinner = y.pud large
              potato
              carrotts
              gravy
             low fat sausages x 3
all of the above was 11.5 points
 
i had a mars bar late last night which was 5 points!!!  still all within my points allowance of 22 a day!  its fab!!!
 
today i am at work as i said before and im really annoyed!  its always one rule for the boss and one rule for us!  the  plebs!!!  never mind i skipped brekkie today was too busy so today i have had  my dinner which was
 
monday:-

dinner- ham, cheese and pickle sarnie and crips = 6.5 points and a diet coke which is free!!!!!
 
im cooking for a friend tonight so i am saving my points for some wine!! yummy!!! tonight im having toad in the hole (again i know) but i love it its such comfort food!!!
 
So im still positive and i havent weight myself cos i get offically weight tomorrow!

Day one in the BIG BELLA HOUSE!

So today is going to be first day of the rest of my life.............. so i hope.
 
Let me give you some background infor about me and my weight!  I was thin and curvy most of my life, was a size 10-12, 34DD chest and i didint have any issues about my weight or my body. Then i got to 18/19yrs started uni and it all went wrong from there really. I was in a very abusive relationship (physically and mentally), i let myself go mega style!  I was partying alot, drinking massive amounts of larger and i ate mostly takeways. Student life for me rocked!
 
Then in my third year at Uni i suffered with major depression and anxiety my relationship wasnt helping and the negative comments from my then partner also added to my depression. I have suffered with depression my whole life thanks to my oh so lovely dad (who i havent seen in ............11 years) i was always told by him, i wasnt prettier enough, thin enough, no man could ever love me blah, blah, blah! after having this told to you for 10 years you tend to believe it. I told all this to my then partner and he used it against me telling me i was fat becasue i deserved to be fat!  at my biggest i ballooned to 17stone!  on my 21st birthday i look terrible!  my face was totally unrecognisable i was mrs blobby!!
 
SO I kicked out my horrible abusive partner, had to get an injunction out on him, i started going to the gym i joined my local Weight Watchers class i did it on my own and i got down to 15 stone!  i was so pleased.
 
So i now have a lovely fiance who i have been with for 3 years on and off!  we are defo on!!!  i love him very much and im extremely happy!  however i am 14stone 10!  i joined Slimming World in November 2007 at 15 stone - i got down to a stone and a half off, i got bored and now i have gained to get back to 14 stone 10lbs!
 
my mate joined WW so now i did with her i am detemined to get all my weight off and be 9stone 7 again! i know i can do this!  i am sick of fannying about, getting 1 pound off there and 2 pounds off here and then putting it back on!  i wanna do this for me!!!!!
 
my poor fiance has only ever known me when i was big, he looks at pics of me skinny and i know thats what he would prefer and it's what I would prefer.
 
we are going on holiday in september and i wanna be 12 stone by then!  thats my mini goal!
 
so here is my diary for today
