So apparently... when one gets bored with studying... one eats...
OMG... If there were an EP "god", he would have struck me with lightening by now. Let's do a run down.
breakfast: Jack in The box... breakfast sandwhich and a medium dr. pepper.
work: 2 16 oz things of water.
Lunch: Wendy's (husbands idea and totally justified by sonya's blog thanks for nothing people!!!!)
Mid afternoon Snack - THREE (count them... 1... 2.... THREE) servings of rice with turkey mixed in. (I've been craving this all day and even though I was NOT hungry at all after the massive spicy chicken sandwhich that i had with fries and yet another DP... I couldn't resist it.... they should put a lock on our pantry, take away all of my debit/credit cards AND keep me from all forms of cash...)
Oh yes... and another Dp which I'm currently sipping on while writing. If they had a straw long enough, I'd have it in my mouth.
So... because of my complete lack of sanity... today is my cheat day. Tomorrow... I get back on this horse.
Quick Question (all crap from today aside): Does anyone here have problems being "Regular" (you know what I mean....) I have a feeling if I were more "regular" I would lose more weight... like I consume these foods... then I never get rid of it... except for once a week if i'm lucky... any remedies? am i the only one?! HELP!

Does Regular even exist!
I thinking for America eating junk food is regular, the only different is some people metabolism works faster then others cause i know plenty of skinny people that eat more crap then i do but they can I guess. The tips that I can share is definitely cut out soda you need to if you realize how much damage it really does it just sucks, i can tell you if you do anything for thirty days or more it will become a habit, think of breaking a habit its the same, thirty days, My trick is no extra cash or cards on you and even if it does take extra time in the morning prepare your meals so you have to eat that. As for signifcant others they are never any help. My bf does this to me all the time" you can break your diet once it okay sweetie" Please don't let them be your excuse. Do it for you and remind him of that, "say please just support me and don't invite me to fast food places cause I want, or need to change" Its worked for me so there are some tips hope they help, take care
Weight loss takes practice! You will get it down soon enough! Just keep going at it! :-)
In the meantime... eat more fiber. Not only will it keep you fuller longer but it also helps keep you regular. Foods with fiber are mostly whole grains (check the label first) like oatmeal, also most fruits, and veggies. If you can't get enough in, try a fiber supplement. They come in powders or pills. I've heard yogurt also helps with this due to the good bacteria it has. There are even special kinds of yogurt and cheeses just for this situation. I think it's called Activia, but I havn't tried it personally.
