Today was a good day
I woke up this morning and did a walk away the pounds tape, a one mile walk.
I watched what I ate all day and feel great. I am going to do it again tomorrow and try to keep it going.

Today is the first day of my diet. I am going back to my old WW books to help me. Now I just need to get moving.
