Well I hope everyone had a good time for the New Year. Mine was alright. I did well. They had pizza, brownies, coke and lots of other junk food. I didn't have any. I had 2 cups of coffee and a glass of crystal light. Not bad huh? And no alcohol. I must admit this was probably one of the most lame new years parties I've ever gone too but that's ok. At least it was good clean fun. JP had a great time. They looked at old pictures of old friends. I had no clue who they were or anything about them so I just say there on the couch watching the dick clark/ryan seacrest special haha. I must say that I am glad to be home now in my bed with my fiance and my dogs. I know they shouldn't be in bed with us but heck! It's new years. Hopefully in the morning I will be lighter! I did so well tonight and I am so very proud of myself. I hope you all enjoyed my videos and my pictures. I realize that I do look like a dork in most of the pictures and videos but that's ok. OH! and JP and I took a picture just before we left for the new years party so tomorrow I will upload it on to my computer and post it. It's really cute of us. So tonight I did well. I didn't workout for 2 hours..only an hour and a half but that's ok. It's new years even and I am sore and tired. Here's my videos and some pics! Enjoy and hope everyone has a HAPPY NEW YEAR! =]
Just wanted to say hi to everyone and hope everyone is doing well. This morning I weighed and still the same. yay! Haven't gained. My arms are really sore but my legs arn't sore anymore thank goodness. I am about to eat an egg sandwhich. No cheese, light mayo and water! woohoo! Tonight we are going to a new years eve party. Surprisingly I am really not all that excited about it. I'd rather just stay home haha sad huh? I'm just so sore! I kind of just want to work out and watch a movie. Oh well, what can ya do? JP really wants to go so we're going. So, hope everyone stays on plan tonight. Don't drink too much. I'm not going to be drinking at all. It's not on my diet. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

Hello everyone! So this is my first blog on here. I've decided to document my weightloss journey! With this blog, a camera, camcorder and whatever else I can think of along the way. I thought it would be a great way for me to stick with it. I started at 204 and today I am 195.5. So! That's a start right? I've been working out 2 hrs a day 6 days a week. I do an hour of any video I can think of and then P90X to the best of my ability. Which by the way, P90X is probably by far the hardest set of DVD's I have ever done. However, I've never seen such results so fast. I eat high protein, low fat foods. Lots of veggies, eggs, lean meats, lots of water, and green tea. I hope that I will be able to make some friends on here and help to become a support system for everyone! I'm excited and ready to change! =]
