update for the day
Ok so it's 1:30 am and I can't sleep! ugh! Today was great though. Started out kind of rocky but it ended well. My eating was great. i worked out for an hour and a half and I have finally quit weighing myself everyday. I realized that it's just not a good idea because you fluxuate so much. So I am only weighing every Sunday. I am getting married next Tues. in jamaica and I am sooo ready! woot woot! So excited. I am not at the weight I want to be to be in a bikini or to wear a wedding dress but that's ok. I am at the perfect time in my life, a great age, a great man!!! a good job..so all is right with the world. Well I hope everyone else is doing well!
