I do love this book! However it does make you want to go vegan. I don't think I can do that just yet but I have decided to take one thing at a time from the book and apply it to my life. I would def suggest reading it!
oh my god i love that book! i love how they kind of degrade you into hating sugar.
the vegan part is not for everyone- been there, done that. i try to eat vegan as much as possible- but it is expensive and time consuming.
i just try to take as many vegan friendly ideas as i can and make them realistic. happy reading- i finished mine in one day!
