8.2 so far - YES!

Well, my weekend was long - sick child, but she is on the mend now.  I am doing great, I lost another 2.8 this week.  Which was great to me because after last weeks WI of only .8 I was a bit discouraged.  I am now pumped and excited to keep on moving down that scale.  My clothes are actually starting to feel like they are fitting me better and i do not have to hurt myself to get into them :)  LOL  Thanks to everyone who has been an encouragement, have a good day.

A good day

Today went well, I was busy with my kids activities so I did not eat off of my JC plan.  I woke up feeling great today too, energized.  It is a beautiful day here so that really helps.  I did walk a little about 15 minutes but would like to still get in some more before the day is done.  My 3 year old is sick with a flu or something so she has been wanting to be held alot and snuggle, which I am ok with too, poor darlin.  I am feeling good and more encouraged today that I can do this.  Thanks to you who have given me a nudge to do the right thing.  Have a good one, Michelle

Friday - 17th day

Today has gone well so far, but last night I ended up eating a pop tart and a bowl of mac n cheese - UGH!!!! When my kids are home and they want to eat and eat and eat it gets really hard for me to stay on track.  If it would have been nice out (it was raining) I would have made all of us go outside and play til the hunger went away.  Oh well, that was yesterday and today is better, I can only look at the moment and get through it.  I did my walking today and that is a good thing, I am hoping to get to walk some more once the kdis are home too.   I just need to get into the groove of excercise, any suggestions, I used to do it all of the time and I know it will make me feel great, but....I just do not have the umph to get up and go....help...

My first post

I joined JC on April 10th 2007 to change my lifestyle and diet habits.  I have been overweight since the birth of my first born 10 years ago.  I have since had more children and just kept packing on the weight, I now have to lose 50 -65 lbs.  I have tried alot of different quick fix diets and excercise and have gotten down to 155 before only to put it back on plus more, so now here I am sw was 201 now at 195.4.  The first week was not bad the second week I cheated alot but so far this week I am doing good.
