Visualizing Success
So I played around with My Virtual Model last night, and added "before" and "after" pix to my blog. After the first four weeks on my plan, things are starting to click into place for me, one step at a time. Every day I've been adding a small enhancement to my program, and working to make new habits stick. I think the fact that I've taken only "baby steps" has kept this project from being overwhelming, and that's given me a real tool to stay on track. By themselves, each of these little tweaks may seem inconsequential, but sticking to them, and gradually adding new challenges, will add up over the long term, and help me create solid habits. Today's big goal: drink more water!
