I LOST MY IPOD!!!!! I don't know where I put it, I have been looking everywhere like a mouse looking for cheese!!! I have looked high and low but nowhere is my ipod! WAHHHH I really do want to start crying, I can't workout with music....I would die! For pete's sake I even looked in the fridge....okay well you never know! I once found my cell phone in there...I was hungry and then an hour later my phone starts to ring and I cannot find it for the life of me, well I found it in the fridge! I don't know if its me or my 70 year old brain that is not working!
Yesturday's workout made me sore, yes really sore, the sore that hurts to sit! ARG! I will not quit! Im actually very excited to go and workout once I find my ipod, im going with or without it, im there!

It's Monday!!! YAY! I know we usually dread Monday's and some of get a case of the Monday's and we start singing "Monday, Monday..." but im glad it's Monday! YAHOO!!! Its a start to a fresh new week and I can forget about everything from last week!
This morning I woke up, hopped on the scale like I always do, paused and smiled, hopefully the number im looking at will stick for Wednesday's weigh in! I have to stop saying, hopefully, I have to start saying It will stick until Wednesday! We all have to stop saying all those negative comments, and start saying "We can do it!!" After my daily ritual I went and made breakfast, I opened the fridge and I wasn't in a ....egg, toast, waffle, cereal kind of mood. I was more in a SMOOTHIE mood!!! So out came all my fruit whipped me a nice smoothie. I have been looking for some good recipies, so if you have any send them my way! Im excited to try new ones!
I have noticed alot more people using this sticker system, I like it! I don't have any stickers, but Im going to improvise and make sure I still meet all my daily goals!

Tommorow, I have to wake up at 5 in the morning to go and workout, I figured this out because tommorow there is no way in the world I can fit it any other way. So five it is...I will drag my tired little booty to the gym and workout!!

I was reading an article about 50 Easy ways to go green! I think if we all put in a little bit we can all make a difference to our beautiful earth! So what am I going to do to make it green, well Im going to try and tote my grocery bag with me more often, change my light bulbs in my apartment to save energy , and try and recycle more! Its just doing a little bit at a time, and it makes a huge difference!
Today I woke up extra early to finish my "out of my butt" essays, well so far so good. I agree with Leanne and noodles, why do I wait intil the last minute, only to make myself miserable?! We will never know! Anyways, Im doing pretty good with time so thats a plus! Haven't caved into the candy dish or the ice cream!
This morning I opened my fridge and amazed to see im running very low on food! Yikes! I need to go grocery shopping. However with little time I have today, im going to have to improvise my lunch today, so I think PB&J for lunch is a go! Sounds tasty!
It’s the weekend! Should I be happy that it’s the weekend? Well im more like stressed because I have finals and three essays to write! Holy smokes, im going to be pulling a lot of things out of my butt to write these three essays…all due by either Monday or Tuesday! Of course, I will stress, of course, I will cry, but it will be done! I have to learn to deal with these kinds of situations and not stress over them. Im ready, and im not going to use food as an outlet for when im stressed, and emotional!
Last night’s dinner was awesome! We were supposed to go to Mimi’s at first, then it was BJ’s and then it was Red Lobster, then it was back to Mimi’s Café. By this time, I was just ready to eat and I was going to chose if no one was going to decide! So Mimi’s it was! We went there and I ordered the ½-roasted turkey sandwich on wheat with of course a side of avocado, and a side of fruit. The sandwich was amazing! The fruit could have been better; it was two slices of fruit, a piece of orange, and a watermelon. Ehh it was okay. They brought out the bread, (the bread at Mimi’s Café is amazing stuff! They serve banana bread and French bread)mmmm was it lookin might tasty. Actually, it started to talk to me. I have nice conversations with food. Anyways the banana bread looked at me and said, “Please don’t let me be all alone” haha well okay it didn’t talk to me but hey I can have fun! Anyways I had a slice of that and stopped their. I was proud of myself.
Then came the dinner ate it all, was very good. Well of course with my family we always have to have dessert. So out came the Triple Chocolate Brownie! Heaven is what it was. I have some bites, and that really did satisfy my sweet tooth. Afterwards I came out feeling stuffed. Like a stuffed turkey! I love how I get full faster!
Before dinner, I was at my sisters house babysitting. She was running errands and I didn’t mind. We all know that my sister’s house is trouble when it comes to food. Well I walk in and right on, her counter is a batch of cookies. Chocolate chip cookies! Oh my goodness, the whole time I was their I could smell them even when I was outside. They wanted me to take a bite of them and taste how yummy they were. NOPE! I said NO!!! I WILL NOT EAT YOU! I didn’t! I left her house without a bite; I left the cookies crying, but so what, im proud of myself! I said no to the cookie! Yahoo! One down, 60 million to go! Haha!
Anyways im off to go to a candle party! Have a Super Saturday!!
Thank goodness, it’s Friday! Phew! I did not think Friday was going to ever come! I have nothing planned today, besides going to dinner with the family. It’s not yet 100% clear where we are going, but I think it’s about 98% Mimi’s Café. I already know what I get there so no biggy there!
Lately I have noticed that im in this rut, the rut to not want to exercise. All I would rather be doing is sitting at home watching TV or doing something else. I have to pry myself to go. I think its just one of those weeks where your body is tired and it wants a break but inside of you, spiritually your body is rooting for you to go, get up and move! Well as much as I have been wanting to just take it easy, I have dragged myself to the gym to go and exercise, of course along the way there im like a little child complaining the whole way! “I wanna go back home! WAH” Anyways I get there and of course I feel pumped and ready to go, and afterwards im glad that I went to the gym. I have exercised all week long, I haven’t listened to the evil side of my body, the side that tells me its okay to eat another candy or that another scoop of ice cream is good for you! That side! I didn’t pay attention to it, brought it down like it was nothing and showed it who was in control! ME! So in the end, I think we just have to really, and I mean really push ourselves to go and exercise, the same thing with eating. I know we all have these weeks, days, months, where exercise is our last priority, but just think about how far you have come, and that exercising does make you feel better inside and out, and just get out there! I can give anyone who needs a push a big push! Just never give up!
Thank you for to everyone who gave me advice on Applebee's. Well we were supposed to go for dinner, but it got pushed to late night, around 10 so we could go for happy hour, that means appetizers are half off etc. Well I knew I couldn't hold my hunger to eat until 10, and I wouldn't want to eat that late, so I decided to have my dinner at home and just have dessert there. I researched their desserts, of course the ones I was looking at racked more than 700 calories! Yikes! So I decided to get the Weight Watchers Chololate Raspberry Layer Cake. It was soooo good! I asked for a side of strawberries so I could keep myself busy while everyone else was eating. Of course after they ate, they ordered dessert. They all ordered one, so infront of me was each kind of dessert! Guess what!? All I had was a bite of the Blondie and right away said yuck! I didn't like it all! So I didn't have anymore after that!
I did good! Didn't let the food control me, and even though I did have a bite, im still in line with the scale! Yahoo! Doesn't it feel good to know you have some sort of control over food?!
Last night while waiting for everyone to arrive, I decided to go to Walgreens to pick up Ice Breakers Mint Fruit Sours let me tell you these little suckers are addicting! Oh my! I can eat one whole pack in one day! They are sugar free and have no calories, so thats a good thing, but the feeling on my tongue afterwards hurts! I need to stop eating these! Anyways while at Walgreens, I decided to look at the magazines and glanced at the WW magazine. Even though im not on WW they have awesome advice! I loved the issue! I really like how its layed out as well. I just found alot of intresting stuff, I could use as well.
Last night I had to spend the night with my sister and her kids because she gets scared sleeping by herself when her husband is not around. Not that I wouldn't want to, I love hanging out with my sister, she is my best friend and I just love her. Yesturday we made dinner, watched Dancing with the Starts, and of course we have our regular Tuesday showing of the Workout! Oh how im hooked to that show!!!! All these reality shows really do hook me in! Im a sucker for them!
While I was over, I was nervous because I tend to snack more when im over at her house. I think it's because she has kids and in their pantry is this endless amount of snacks! Everywhere! Pop Tarts, pop corn, chips, cookies, fruit snacks, bagels, ice cream, you know where im going. Well at my panty its the total opposite. So its like my brain goes into overdrive and just wants to eat it all!
However, I had another victory! Stuck to my guns, and didn't give into too all the junk food. We had rotisserie chicken sandwiches! Which were sooo good! I haven't had rotisserie chicken in forever! It was just yummy! I said no to the tortilla soup, how it looked good but for a cup of that stuff was not only 400 calories but it had 1400 mg of sodium! No thanks!
I did have a splurge and I did have two chocolate chip cookies with my bowl of Ice cream! After all a girl needs her sweets! I don't think I could ever be without sweets!
So today I hopped on the scale, because today is weigh in day for me. I usually do the daily weigh in thing, but every Wednesday I count it as an offical read. Anyways I got on and it read....144.2lbs!!!! YAAAHOOOO!!! My new goal has been 140 but im not putting alot of preasure on myself to get there, Im going slow. Well that means Im only 4.2 pounds away from my second goal!!! YAHOOOO!!!! That means I have lost a total of 89.6 pounds!!!! Holy Macaroni!!!! Thats alot of everything! I wonder how many cheeseburgers that is? haha

So you know how in yesturday's post I was going to get all caught up yesturday! Ha well I went to visit my sister last night to see how she was doing and as I was there, she needed help, she asked me if I could stay and help, so of course I couldn't say no. So I was stuck moving stuff. Well in the course of moving, I forgot about dinner. Not like me! That and I wasn't prepared for staying over. So she has no food in her house but junk food. Well It was getting late, and I was still going to be over for a while, so I grabbed some Chips Ahoy 100 calorie packs and a bag of chips! Well after getting home and looking over all the food I had eaten in the course of the day, I could tell it wasn't a planned out day, and that alot of it was more of "im in a hurry" grab a bag of chips mood. So no more of that! I could tell from my energy, that it was affecting me!
I have finally figured out my weakness....chocolate, anything that has chocolate over it, I want! Put my in a chocolate fountain *dreaming* and Im in heaven. Kinda like the one in Vegas at the Bellagio I have come to the conclusion of this because I would rahter have a bowl of ice cream or a piece of chocolate cake than pasta, or bread or something salty. Im all about the sweets!!! That and the fact that I wanted to inhale a whole bag of reeses peanut butter cups! So im learning to tame my for sweets, but im going to have to break my love for it!

Phew! Last week is done with and is behind me and in the past and now it’s on to a new and freshweek! Hopefully everyone is doing the same. I know that their were somethings last week that I learned from and Im glad but I have to put that in the past and concentrate on the future!
This week looks nice and relaxing! No plans this week, which I love! If plans to pop up, well Im going to roll with them. Nothing so far so it's going to be a nice week!
I took today off, to get everything in place. Last week with family and all and being super busy left me with bunches of things to do! Im getting it all done today! I have to clean the dishes, do the laundry, dust, sweep, mop the usual. Oh and I have to go grocery shopping for food!
The other night when I cooked the chicken pasta, I was nervous as I was experimenting, well it came out delicous! I was very proud of myself. Im trying to learn new dishes to cook! Anyways, about the avocado spread, I don't really mix it with anything. I get a slice of bread and cut up avocado and smear it on, then I add some Heinz Mustard and it just tastes so yummy! If anyone has an avocado spread they know of, let me know! When it comes to avocados, I love it all!

Good afternoon to all!!! Hopefully everyone is having a wonderful Saturday! Im happy to say the weather is beautiful! Not like it was a couple of days where it was nasty and cold; today its sunny and warm!!
Last night I went to go see Distrubia with my sister, I was really looking forward to it because its not the kind of scary movie where chopped feet and heads are rolling off and people with saw machines are running its the scary movie in that its suspenseful. It was an awesome movie! I recommend it to everyone!!! I would watch it again! I had a really fun night, afterwards we went to Subway I was telling my sister it had been three weeks since I last had Subway, which reminds me, I have been craving the following....
