Thank you to everyone and the wonderful comments you all left me! It made me hang even more. Im glad that I took a break from the computer for a little bit. Everything is fine personal wise, now that I have that out of thw ay its time to concentrate on ME! Yes ME!!! This past week was good I ate good and exercised and thats more than I could ask for. Better yet is I did weights three times this week and yesturday! Yes! Im getting the hang of this :]
After taking a mental break for me with all the thinking I was doing I came to the conclusion that im happy at where im at. Im happy to be healthy and alive! Daily I was striving to be better and perfect, but it dawned on me that I can't and never will be perfect in this world. I make mistakes and I have to learn to grow with them. Yeah I would love to lose weight every week and see the scale go down but as long as im not gaining weight and im doing everything I can possibly do well there is really nothing else I can do. I could push my body and of course I could be strict but i have learned that if this is where im meant to be then so be it! I will take it, Im happy to be alive, healthy, happy, and most of all I feel BEAUTIFUL!
So yes im back and in full gear....to kick some butt!!!!!

I'm so glad you're at peace with everything. Sometimes a mental break is what we need. You are so wise beyond your years.
That second paragraph is just georgeous! Every bit of it!! Being thankful and happy is a beautiful feeling. So happy you are settled with where you are at.
I'm loving your post this week! It totally hit home for me. You just can't beat yourself up if your doing everything your supposed to be doing, and that is a piece of advice that I totally need to live by.
with you completely! If I wasn't doing it perfect I would just blow the whole week and now I am saying I am not perfect and it's OK to not be what I was in high school. Now I just want to lose down where I am healthy and off all my meds.. :-)

Felicitaciones por tan lograda meta, personas asi son mi motivo de inspiración, yo teng aproximadamente 49 lbs. de sobrepeso, pero hacen 2 semanas comencé en "Bally" haciendo una rutina de 2 hrs. diarias, eliminando comidas "chatarras" y comiendo mas frutas, vegetales, carnes magras, granos integrales y toneladas de agua...!. Comencé el pasado 13 de Agosto (2008) con la dieta...no me gusta esa palabra, pero mejor digo "cambio de hábitos alimenticios"...me siento súper!
Mi meta es estar en mi peso saludable de 121-134 lbs. (Mido 5 pies y 3 pulgadas), y además...quisiera correr!!, me encantaría correr, pero por el momento deseo bajar unas 15 lbs. para comenzar a "joggear" jajaja....aunque ahora camino por 45 mnts. 5 dias a la semana, combino "spinning", "powerflex"(pesas y cardio), y pesas libres. Me siento súper motivada, ya he bajado 4.6 lbs. en 4 dias!, aunque todo es paso a paso, no limito mi ingesta de frutas y vegetales...
Eres motivo de inspiración!! hacia adelante! ...Dios te bendiga!
