ARG!
Nope there is no pirate here! I just wish my TOM would show up and stop haunting me like a evil little devil!
My eating has been good and my exercise was good yesturday. Talking about food! Im addicted to sushi right now. I have always loved it and would eat it from time to time, but golly I have been eating it everyday for the past three days!!!
Its just soooooooooo good! The good part is I checked the calorie count and its not bad, as long as I don't drench it with soy sauce im fine! Which is no problem because I hate soy sauce!
I plan on running today to make up for my eating the other day. It wasn't too bad on the eating front but I just feel like running. If I get a run in im going to be very proud of myself and will feel better in the end.
Nothing else planned, nothing else to talk about, lol!
Okay well, im off since im having writer's block. teehee

That is awesome you found a new love for a low cal food.. :-) I have never tried it, scared..lol

sushi!!
OMG! I could eat sushi all day every day! Had some yesterday and maybe over did the sodium loaded soy sauce because I'm up a few lbs and I hope its just water retention! Have a great run!

Soy Sauce
It's a good thing you don't like soy sauce because that stuff has sooooo much salt in it! Sushi is pretty healthy so it's a good addiction. :)

Hey Alexia! I haven't been on here in forever...I wanted to see how you were doing. Your pictures look awesome-you are such a motivation. I'm still in Wisconsin wishing I was in Tucson. Have you gone to Penguins yet? If you do, have a little for me. :) I hope everything is going well.

Sushi....
I love sushi so much! Although I like to make a wasabi/soy sauce mixture to dip it in! The wasabi is good for you at least! Your doing great girl!
