I hope everyone is going to have a nice Valentine's Day! Nothing planned for me, but thats okay, maybe next year! I do plan on getting some chocolate dipped strawberries and maybe a massage. Not that I need the chocolate because last night was enough, but what the heck i will just throw one!
Last night I went with my sister to hang out with her, since I have not in a long time. I was doing so good the whole day, saying no to temptations and I get to my sisters house and im good, im doing awesome. I had my lean cuisine for dinner with some applesauce and im doing great! Then...out of nowhere I start munching on some crackers and one turns into seven and then I eat three oreos and that a pecan cluster. Not bad, for all we know I could have eaten 12 oreos like last time. I tried so hard to not eat the nachos and the cinnamon rolls she was baking and I did it, I didnt eat them, nada! Zilch! Bad thing is I got away with all the extra calories I didnt need not to mention I was already at my limit at dinner....what to do! Lol
So......
Im going to blame it on TOM!!!!! Lately I have been craving everything, I wake up and all I think about is chocolate for pete's sake in my dreams I thought I robbed a store and took candy instead of money....hmm something is off. I have been having tiny cramps and wanting to eat everything has led me that my TOM is a comin!
Not to worry im ready to fight!
Guess what ladies!? I did weight training yesturday! Not as much as I hoped for but I started something!
Way to go on starting the weight training again. I know you're going to see great results. As for the extra calories last night, I'm glad you're not dwelling on it and you're moving on! And you did have a few victories with the nachos and cinnamon rolls.
I know exactly what you mean. I have learned I have to have chocolate during TOM or else...lol So I have started keeping those 100 calorie chocolate puddings in the fridge, of course this week I have had girl scout cookies. Tooo many!!!
Congrats on starting weight training, that will be my next project.. :-)
WEll yeah, the food sure tasted good, I bet...but as for the weight training, that's great. It's like a nagging feeling I have to get back to it, but it seems like I can't find the time...i know, that's a big excuse, but...
Anyway, keep up the good work. And all that junk food last night, it's ok every once in awhile, just don't let it springboard you into a week's worth of bad eating. I know you know that, who am I to talk, you're the one who has lost so much weight!!!
Your runs are definitely improving, awesome job with that! Seeing a progress like yours in a short period of time is wonderful. Maybe you should start logging them, I use www.runningahead.com and I love the way the log is. check it out!

hahaha : )
You robbed candy : ) that made me laugh out loud. That soooo sounds like me in my dreams.
Sounds like you were in sweet girl's heaven...oreos, pecan clusters, and cinnamon rolls. Yum, yum. I just have to stay clear. I killed a box of girl scout cookies last week. In times like these, I just have to pull out the Queen of Bounce Back. Looks like you did! Kudos! :)
Great job on the weigh training! I'm trying to get started as well. Good luck!
