I need to start lifting weights again! ARG! If only it was that easy. Its easier said than done. I love lifting weights, its just finding the time to after class. I was thinking about lifting weights before my class started. I might just do that tommorow.
I need a plan as well, I would
love to hire a personal trainer to help me with that, but its not in my budget right now and I think im just going to have to do without. I think if I set out a plan and check out the weight room I can go from there.
I plan on working out my arms tommorow. Then my legs on Thursday. Im excited to get some muscles pumping the iron! lol.
Yesturday was a nice and relaxing day, took a long, long nap. To be exact an hour and a half. I just remember laying down while watching a show called "weird weddings" and i guess it was just to much for me that I fell asleep! I did need a nap and it was so nice. Bad thing is it takes me longer to get to sleep later on.
I did my spinning class yesturday, didn't get my run in because I was running so late to class, thankfully I had five minutes to get my bike situated and what not. All I have to say is darn traffic! I would have ran afterwards but TBL was on! Talk about a good show! WHOO its getting soooo good!
Okay enough with the rambling. Im off!

weights
I have an idea, why don't I lend you my whole p90x program since I'm kinda laying off it for a long while. The workouts for upper and lower body are excellent and definitely challenging. if you have weights at home you can do it by popping in the DVD, or you can take the book with you to the gym and do the workouts there. And a few of them, like the yoga, kenpo, plyometrics and core workouts don't even need weights so you can do them at home. this system will definitely give you a personal training push without the personal trainer or the cost. DO IT!!!
Oh, I love naps! and the wimpy 10 minute power nap is not for me, I need at least 90 minutes. I absolutely love sleep! If I had the time to sleep more that would be more time without putting food in my mouth!

Weights
Yeah, I love it too. But I am like you with finding the time. That's why I love my Firm DVDs. But I know that as I progress, I'll need to get a little more hardcore.
Good for you for taking time for yourself yesterday. Naps are wonderful, aren't they?
I'm impressed with how you make time for your workouts. It's motivating to have a friend who makes it a priority to care for their body. Kudos on getting back into the weights!
working on one section of the body at a time is better than doing it all at once. maybe that is my problem. It gets so overwhelming. I too would love to invest in a personal trainer. Why don't you put some money a way each week and the next thing you know you will have it paid for. Keep up the great work!

Weights
I hope you can find time for weights again. I love lifting. I really should get back to doing it regularly. :) How is spinning? I'm afraid of it, but my gym offers a class and I'd love to take it, but I'm afraid of embarrassing myself. LOL!
